Any and all use of the products and information (hereinafter shall be referred to as "Material") published by Misr Intercommerce and/or its associated companies on www.bouri.net (hereinafter shall be referred to as "Website") is subject to the following terms and conditions. In consideration for allowing users to access and browse through the Site, each user agrees to comply with these terms and conditions mentioned hereby. If you do not agree with any of the listed conditions below, do not access or use the Website or any information contained herein.
Otherwise, using this Website shall be deemed to be your agreement to each of the terms set forth below.
In case of any violation of the terms of this Website, Misr Intercommerce shall reserve the right to terminate your account and/or service without any further notice or explanation. Misr Intercommerce's preferred course of action is to advise you of your inappropriate behavior and advise you of any corrective action. However, flagrant violations of these Terms as determined by Misr Intercommerce in its sole discretion will result in immediate termination of your account and/or service.
Nonetheless, Misr Intercommerce holds the right at any time to revise these terms and any revision will accordingly supersede the current Terms of Use.
Users will, therefore, be bound by such revised terms and conditions and should periodically visit this page to ensure that they are updated with such information.

Privacy

Information about Visitors

During the course of any visit to www.bouri.net and at various locations on our Website, we may request that you register or supply us with Personal Information,
such as your name, mailing address, email address, home or work telephone number, and credit card information, (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Personal Information”).
We attempt to collect Personal Information only when you voluntarily submit it to us through our online forms or through other voluntary means. Although you do not have to provide us with any information to use www.bouri.net, you may not be able to fully utilize all of our services if you choose not to provide certain information.
If you do choose to give us Personal Information through www.bouri.net, we will collect and retain that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Misr Intercommerce takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but in all events, we depend on you to update or correct your Personal Information whenever necessary.
All users of www.bouri.net are required to provide true, current, complete and accurate Personal Information when prompted and we shall have the right to reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be incorrect, false, falsified, or fraudulent, or inconsistent with or in violation of the Privacy Policy.

We shall ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless such Personal Information is required or requested in good faith to do so by law, court order or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; to enforce or apply our rights and agreements; or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary or advisable, including, not limited to, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Misr Intercommerce, our users, or others.

Our Services

Your Personal Information is used to provide you with any services that you may request or require, to communicate with you or to allow you to participate in online surveys.
We use aggregated non-personal information about our users to understand our Website's demographics for marketing purposes, such as the geographic distribution of our users, the number of users visiting a certain location, and/or other demographics.

Such services and features may be hosted on www.bouri.net and/or on our Co-Branded Partner’s Website. We may share your Personal Information with our Co-Branded Partner and your voluntary use of, or participation in, a co-branded service or feature means that you opt-in and give your affirmative consent to both Misr Intercommerce and our Co-Branded Partner to collect and use your Personal Information provided during the registration process and/or in connection with the specific co-branded feature or service for the fulfilment of the feature or service and for marketing or administrative purposes.

Service Providers

We sometimes engage unaffiliated businesses to assist us in providing you certain services.
For example, we may use third parties (including a payment gateway service provider or a transportation company) to provide advertising, marketing, promotional services, e-mail services, sales and/or door-to-door delivery.
In those instances, we may need to share your Personal Information with them. We require these companies to use your Personal Information only to provide the particular product or service and do not authorize them to use your Personal Information for any other reason.

Members Account

You can visit www.bouri.net as a guest without registering your Personal Information. However, if you are planning to purchase any of our offered online products, you will need to provide us with your Personal Information, which shall be protected as previously mentioned.
Once you choose to become a member on www.bouri.net, (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Member”), and except approved by Misr Intercommerce, you may only register for one member account on the Website.
Such registration shall require submitting the Member’s Personal Information including, but not limited to, submitting information about their credit card.
Upon registration on the Website, Misr Intercommerce shall assign an account and issue a member ID and password (the latter shall be chosen by the Member during registration) to each Member per se since each Member’s ID and password is unique to a single account.
Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of his Member account, ID or password by another person outside of the Member’s own business entity. Member agrees that all activities that occur under his account (including without limitation, buying any amount of any type of the available products on the Website) shall be deemed to have been authorized by the Member.
Member also agrees that in case of failing to maintain the security of his account, Misr Intercommerce shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s account without liability on Misr Intercommerce.

Intellectual Property Rights

Applicable Law

All intellectual property rights that shall be listed on the Website shall be subject to the law No. 82 for 2002 governing the protection of all intellectual property rights within the Arab Republic of Egypt including, but not limited to, trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, and/or other types of intellectual property rights in addition to defining terminologies that are related to intellectual property, and the rules that govern the legal actions taken against any violation, infringement and/or counterfeit products.

Copyright

All copyright in the Website is and shall continue to be vested in Misr Intercommerce by virtue of law.
All intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the Material published on the Website are and shall continue to remain vested in Misr Intercommerce and may not be used in a way other than as specified in these Terms of Use mentioned herein.
Members or other users are authorized to download and/or copy Material published on the Website solely for their own legitimate personal use. This authorization is conditional upon the inclusion of all legends, copyright, proprietary and/or other notices that appear on such Material.
Members or other users are not authorized to make any alterations, additions, or changes to any of the Material on the Website, nor may they distribute, market, sell, republish or misappropriate any part of it. Any misuse of the Material on the Website may result in legal action being brought by Misr Intercommerce and/or any other third party.

Trademarks

All proprietary rights in any trademarks and service marks, including logos appearing on the Website (hereinafter shall be referred to as "Trademarks"), are vested in either Misr Intercommerce or third parties who have legally delegated Misr Intercommerce and/or granted us a license or right to use and distribute the Trademarks. Nevertheless, nothing contained on the Website shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademarks for any purpose whatsoever.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Misr Intercommerce shall not be liable toward any party claiming for any damage suffered as a result of displaying, copying or downloading information or material contained on this Website.
In no event shall Misr Intercommerce be liable toward any party for any direct, indirect, ordinary, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages for any of the products sold through the Website however arising, whether for breach or in tort even if Misr Intercommerce has previously advised of the possibility of such possible damage.

Payment & Delivery

Product Description

Misr Intercommerce attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing the Material; however, Misr Intercommerce does not warrant those product descriptions or other content of the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by Misr Intercommerce itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.
It should be noted that such description is subject to amendments without any notice.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on the Website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with the standards of the industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured product offered elsewhere. The Price is including the Sales tax.
Delivery charges are calculated separately. The Price List is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in other areas.
With respect to products sold by Misr Intercommerce, we cannot confirm the Price of a product until you order; however in all events, we do NOT and NEVER charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalog may be mispriced. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our whole discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. It is worth mentioning that Misr Intercommerce holds the right to change or amend the Price at any time without notice.
However, if a product is sold to a Member a certain price, Misr Intercommerce acknowledges that we shall have no right to amend or change the Price of the product sold.
Moreover, the information on the Website may be updated regularly so inaccuracies may occur during the update process.

Charging

Charging a Member’s credit card shall be handled through a third party, and therefore the Member shall be liable to the terms & conditions of the said party as completing the process of paying the price shall be deemed as an approval from the concerned member to the terms & conditions of the said party. Misr Intercommerce shall not be considered liable, whatsoever and by no mean, for any problems that occur during the payment process as such liability falls on the aforementioned third party. Once the process of payment is final, the Member shall have no right to cancel the order and refund his money unless the Member fulfills the following steps and requirements:

The product is delivered to the Member;

• The Member notifies Misr Intercommerce via the phone that he wishes to return the product and refund back his money;
• Such request is made within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the delivery date;
• The condition of the delivered product at the time of returning it back is exactly as same as the condition at the time of delivery;
• The Member shall hold no right to return back the product and ask for any refund if there is a difference between the condition of the product at the time of delivery and at the time of returning it back; unless the Member notifies Misr Intercommerce of such difference within 24 hours starting from the time of delivery;
• Besides delivering the whole product in the same exact condition delivered to him in the first place, the Member must also deliver all the submitted invoices and any other free gifts or extra products if any which also have to be delivered in the same exact condition delivered to the Member in the first place;
• Refund requests shall exclude any delivery costs.
• Any violation of any of the abovementioned requirements shall give Misr Intercommerce the right to refuse to return the purchased product.

Delivery

Delivering purchased products shall be carried out through a third party (hereinafter referred to as “Carrier”), and therefore the costs of such delivery may vary from time to time and depending on the amount and specifications of each product per se as well as the charges of the Carrier.
Such cost shall be either informed through the purchase order form or through one of our representatives.
The purchased product shall be delivered via the Carrier to the person and place specified by the Member filled in the purchase order form starting from the date of finalizing the purchase process and within 72 hours if the delivery shall be made within the Great Cairo (Including Cairo, Giza, Helwan, New Cairo, and 6th of October City) or five working days if the delivery shall be made outside the Great Cairo and within the territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt. It has to be noted that no delivery shall be made outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. Once Misr Intercommerce is notified by the Member’s purchase order, a confirmation call shall be made from one of our representatives to confirm the purchase order, Personal Information, and place of delivery.
The Member bears alone the liability for any mistake in the submitted information while the Carrier bears the risk of delivery.

Delivery Policy

• A copy of customer’s national ID will be requested upon delivery from the credit card holder as a safety measure against any fraud, hacking …etc.
• A copy of the credit card number (CVC) used during purchase will be requested to match it with order’s records.
• The delivery address must be the same address written by the customer when filling the personal information section.
• The delivery address must not be, under any circumstances, a public space such as: a work place, a hotel lobby, a hospital reception, a building entrance .. etc.
• The delivery address must be the same address written on customer’s national ID.
• The cardholder must sign in his/her full name when receiving his/her order acknowledging that the order matches his/her request.
• The customer who orders the products must be the same person receiving them. In case the receiver is different than the person who orders, a copy of the national ID of the receiver will be requested upon delivery.

Guarantee of the Purchased Product

Misr Intercommerce shall guarantee no products available on the Website unless otherwise specified explicitly in the specifications of the said product; noting that such guarantee shall be terminated in case of misusage, fail to install correctly, maintenance through third parties, and/or damages whether on purpose or not.
Misr Intercommerce shall provide a guarantee certificate for products that are purchased through the Website as such guarantee shall be limited for a certain period that differs from one product to another giving you the right to maintain the product from any error.
The Member shall be liable if he loses the guarantee certificate, as he shall be then responsible to pay for any maintenance cost.

Miscellaneous

About us

Misr Intercommerce is an Egyptian independent legal entity that has been established in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and owns 100% of the Website which has not established any nexus with any other company or website.
The Terms of Use have been drafted in both Arabic and English.
Even though Misr Intercommerce is exerting its utmost effort to avoid any mistakes or contradictions between both texts such as inadvertent, inaccuracies or typographical errors; as these shall be corrected at Misr Intercommerce’s discretion once they are found. As for the contradiction between both texts, the Arabic drafting shall supersede the English text.
In all events, both texts shall be interpreted in Good Faith and in the way that serves the best interests of Misr Intercommerce.
