Return and refund policy

  1. Customers should click on the “returns & refunds” button, fill in the form and await a call from our complaints department or notify Bouri via the phone (01211193792) that they wish to return the product and request a refund or exchange CLICK HERE.
  2. Requests should be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  3. The returned Products should be in its original state and packaging (not opened or used).
  4. Customers may not request any refund if there is a difference in the product’s condition between the time of delivery and the time of return; unless they notify Bouri of any product damage within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  5. The refunds are made in the same payment method which was used in the sales transaction (cash, credit, or debit card)
  6. Customers must also deliver all submitted invoices and any other free gifts or extra products if any.
  7. Refund requests shall exclude any delivery costs.
  8. The returns delivery fees is covered by the customers.


    *Any violation of the above mentioned requirements shall grant Bouri the right to refuse returning the purchased product.*
